You agreed to a contract. By canceling the service(Especially without troubleshooting the issue) you are violating the terms of the contract. Nobody is trying to rob you or take advantage of you.
I can sympathize with the fact that the DSL is not working but overall this is a support forum and not a place to come and make outlandish accusations.
Why dont you post what the problem is (I.E Sync no surf or no sync) and what troubleshooting you have done to this point and see what DSLEXTREME can do for you. |
