[AZ] My COX Premier Plus speed problem (Chandler, AZ)

I have upgraded to the new Premier Plus plan last friday, when tech installed it that day, i am getting just around 20 mb/s down, while it's definitely faster than what i used to have, but it's not what i paid for. The tech told me thats because the node in my area is 95% saturated but i should see an increase within a month after they upgrade the node.

After a few days i noticed the DS light on my cisco dpc3000 moden changed from green to orange, and i noticed the download speed also decreased significantly to less than 10 mb/s! i tried the test in early morning and late night and they range from 5 mb/s! to 15 mb/s? some one from cox please explain whats happening?

test taken at 10 PM friday night

another one at 10:30 PM

If you have the Cisco modem, the light is amber when it is NOT channel bonding and green when it is. Mine is still amber and I have been on the Plus plan for three weeks.
