As far as the modem's signal page goes (all with a computer hooked directly to modem):
Downstream:

Upstream:

Symbol Rate: 2.560 Msym/s
Power Level : 50 dBmV
I did the speed test on speedtest.net and received the following results:
Download: 4.54Mb/s
Upload: 0.07Mb/s
The actual cable setup is pretty messed up in this house, but this issue has only recently presented itself, with no corresponding changes made w/in the home or with equipment. The only way I am able to access the internet right now is directly connected to the modem, using the router nothing works at all.
So, I guess I'm wondering if anyone sees anything wrong with the signal values or is having similar problems in Chandler (Near Ray and the 101). | |

not sure exactly what tier that would be, I am living with a bunch of girls and they set it up.. | |
