| [EvDO] How to bridge evdo tethered blackberry to Wireless Router How would one bridge a evdo connection from a phone with evdo to a computer then to a linksys router?
this would enable the wireless router to broadcast the internet wirelessly through wifi.
Hardware available: EVDO blackberry phone usb connection to desktop computer running windows 2003 Linksys wrt54g router running newest dd-wrt firmware
I have tried ICS but it didnt seem to work (maybe my problem).
any ideas | |

| Re: [EvDO] How to bridge evdo tethered blackberry to Wireless Ro The blackberry is the one providing the internet. I will try messing around with the ics again.
it is ok if I cannot share files right now, the important part is enabling wireless internet to my other wireless devices at home.
I will test it out later today thanks.
What gateway address for the nic should i put in for the pc that connects to the blackberry and to the linksys router?

| Just curious who your provider is. We have a BB Curve 8330 with Embarq, and although tethering isn't officially allowed, I've heard if you stay under 5GB they don't charge you.
We stay under 5GB tethered and haven't been charged. -- Certified Medisoft reseller.
