Call customer service. They may or may not be open today, since it is a Federal/State day off, but for private corps, it depends.

Riverbank, CA		 GregZ , Call centers are open 24/7/365. Field techs actually get some holidays (depending on local policy). I know I have a 4 day weekend Starts as soon as the work is done tonight.
