They charge about $200 for a Franklin CDU-680 cellular modem.  At the same time I see some CDU-680 modems for sale on ebay for about $10, however these are from the small regional cell company "Ntelos".<br><br>I am wondering if it is possible to reprogram a CDU-680 modem from Ntelos to work on the network of another service provider (such as Inland Cellular)?]]></description>
