If you haven't initiated your port process yet, you may want to consider ramping up your search for a new provider.
It took 60+ days for my port away from CV. It actually took a nasty-gram letter to AT&T to make it happen.
When the final days come for CV, I'm sure the LNP department will be overwhelmed. Don't risk losing your number if you want to keep it.

| reply to Fisamo I cut this one over to Vitelity today. It's now on the Trixbox with some other DID's (local and WATS) that I already had with Vitelity.
Except for this rocky port, my experience with Vitelity has been good. I actually go back to the "SixTel" days. They are one of the few VoIP providers who support IAX, which is far superior to SIP for my particular usage.
FWIW, I'm certain that my port issues were caused by AT&T. I'm pretty familiar with AT&T's M & P 's on LNP.
