Re: Broadband modem to wireless router no signal

There is a chance your Broadband modem has a vendor name and model number.
There is a chance your wireless router has a vendor name and model number.
There is a chance your laptops have a vendor name and model number, they may also be running an OS.

I am not sure how I could know the answer to your questions without knowing what you have.
