| reply to glinc That looks more like a glitch in the speed test application to me.
Unless you can reproduce on multiple other speed test sites (visualware, etc) then I doubt you're really getting 75 down.
You could of course try to download multiple files from dl.tv or similar or try to torrent a VERY popular torrent to see if the aggregate bandwidth peaks at 75 or not. -- He who is not contented with what he has, would not be contented with what he would like to have. -Socrates |

| reply to scoopy03 Their website says they can take 600Mbps total on their line, so that's decent enough for a few speed tests if you'd ask me. Their test isn't working for me at the moment, stuck connecting but it is loading. -- It's all fun and games in a Team Fortress 2 battle until your sentry gun is sapped by the Spycrab! |

| reply to deblin said by deblin :Hmm speed.rutgers.edu looks like an interesting/different speed test site, I'll have to check it out! Looks like you got closer to 25Mbps from the visualware site yes much closer to 25 on the upload from visualware site but slightly higher on rutgers on download speed. rutgers seem to have a pretty good connection also. |

| reply to scoopy03 Not bad, but I think you are probably getting better than 21.65/19.77. Have you tried the visualware speed test here? -- He who is not contented with what he has, would not be contented with what he would like to have. -Socrates |

| reply to Ryle said by Ryle :why cant 20/5 tier get fluff speeds >_> It appears the fluff is reserved for upgrades after 6/22, and the 20/5 tier is now a legacy tier. May be a reason you want to bump up or over from 20/5.

i'm thinking about jumping to 25/15 from 20/5.will this improve netflix and hulu streaming?having problems ff and rewinding. No, those things use barely a fraction of what bandwidth you already have. I'm sure the side that needs more bandwidth is netflix and hulu, not you. |
