please help me with this

do i really need another codes installed, just because only Metacafe not working, the rest are working quite fine.
even Firefox safe mode could not get Metacafe working.
tried to set WM player as default player, no luck here either, it just goes back to "use my current media player", do not know what are the bugs behind it.
only and only Metacafe just won't play at all in IE8 and FF3.5

If it were a Flash issue..I believe he'd have trouble as well on other video sites. This seems pertinent to metacafe.

You have to allow both metacafe and 'mcstatic.com' to run scripts at metacafe.com.
And I believe you may also be required to allow a cookie.

Also, In IE8, maybe you have to put those two sites in the 'trusted zone'.
