Thanks for the info. Do you know any good places to buy new ATA devices compatible with the VoIP providers you mentioned? (Those providers who accept them anyway).

 PAP2T are common along with Grandstream models. Amazon seems to sell the pap2t at a fair price. I think Future9 will sell you one flat out. Viatalk doesn't officially sell them but if you get service and don't return the unit its $50.

Have heard of cheap knock off pap2 being sold on ebay so watch it. They either never work or die within a few weeks.
