anon : I can only manage to pull ~1.5-1.7megabits/s on my usenet subscription (paid service) from my home PC with Cox HSI, however from another location/provider, using my usenet login, I can download at well over 2megabytes/s from from my usenet provider indicating its not a problem on their end. I normally can pull ~1megabyte/s on my Cox HSI and I recently have. And from that other location, I was able to send files back to my home PC at ~1megabyte/s.

Anyone know if Cox selectively throttling bandwidth on usenet on port 119?
