When you install it, it tells you how many of your addons it's disabling due to not being compatible. You can say OK, uninstall it, install 3.0, and everything will be back to normal. |

If you check for updates from within Firefox, there will be a pop up window with a button to list which of your installed add-ons are incompatible. |
