I have few add-ons so that was not a problem. But it seems as if whenever FF has a major update like this it "breaks" my setting of Pegasus as default mailer and I always have a hard time finding the right settings again.

I disabled the GeoLocator. Don't care for it and quite frankly I don't think it has any place in a web browser. |

1 edit | It's a marketing tool for sponsors, so it has a place in a browser if one purpose of the browser is to sell things to users. If you don't want to be bothered by it, disabling it is a good idea. This idea of targeted marketing via software goes all the way back to the original Prodigy. People didn't like it then, either. Oh, and I also just disabled the geolocator in Firefox.

I’ve been running RC3 at work for about a week, it was fast and like it allot. Anyway just seen your post on the final and installed with the FF updater. I lost some themes which is no problem but lost one extension that may be a concern, is there any replacement for MediaPlayerConnectivity, do I even need it anymore? my other 9 extensions are working fine.... other than that did the geo tool tweak and all it good here, again it very fast. Thanks for the tweaking info |

If you use the internal updater, you can check to see whether your plug ins are compatible before you update. |

How can I get rid of the warning that appears when I press Ctrl+Shift+Del. In 3.0 I think there was an option to have it ask each time or not. Pretty damn annoying to have it pop up a box all the time again now. |

The Awful bar isn't gone yet. Don't suggest the addons because I don't care how it looks. It must show all, sort, and search like the FF2 bar and the addons don't help with that. I'm perfectly happy with FF2 forever until they fix that. |
