I set it once and for some reason it got set back and now my son is driving me crazy cos he cant talk with his friends.

I cant find the website that told me how to set it either...

I have the port forwarding set for the Xbox Box live option but that does not help with the NAT.

I am just a crazy old lady and not a computer wizard, so in layman terms please.
