| Hell of a ride (in the nice weather)! Went with a friend and did a great bike ride through Berkeley, Oakland, and Emeryville. It was a very diverse ride in that we used some bike-only trails, some bike boulevards, some bike lanes, and some roads (like San Pablo Ave) that have no bike lanes.

Part of my arms are very light still, part got tanned (through the sunscreen), and part was unprotected. In other words, my arms look like Neapolitan ice cream bars.
