@verizon.net | Palm pre defect Went to Sprint store today tried to return my new Palm Pre for a new one because the screen cracked underneath the man screen because of a manufacturing defect causing my screen to be unresponsive. Knowing that Sprint was suppose to know about these defects in the screen and so Palm after many people been complaining about there screen cracking on there own by the way. Went in there and Sprint reps and also a Palm rep that was there said that they didn't know about the issue when they do know and said that it wasn't a manufacturing defect but physical damage. Told me to fill out a TEP form when this is Palms fault. If this is the customer service I have to deal with from both companies. Bye. |

Already hundreds of reports of the screen cracking, and rude Sprint reps telling people to screw off. Looks like this will NOT be Sprint's great turning around as had been hoped.
If anything, It's only a short time till one hell of a lawsuit is dropped in their laps, methinks.
