We've also been allowing anyone to extend their current service at the current promotional pricing (instead of renewing at standard or a future renewal special) when they've asked to do so, but it's just not an option we advertise. Anyone is welcome to do that by just contacting support and requesting it. | |

| OK. That's actually way more than fair. I've only been with you for a short time, but have been more than satisfied. I signed up for a year, and if things continue the way they have, I wouldn't hesitate to renew for another year, whether or not the promotional pricing is in effect. Not that I'd turn down a chance to save money!

The service has been running so well that snapping up another year at the promotional price was a no-brainer!
