| Southern California mediacom terrible service On sunday my cable dropped out so I called in Monday morning. I had to call 4 times and the techs on the line could do nothing. tuesday I had a tech come to the house. He replaced splitters and made the service even WORSE than it was when he came. He told me well I dont know what to say, I have to send a line tech. when I asked when that repairman would be here he didnt know. After 3 more calls including one hang up by the "help" line, I traced the "repair" job and found he installed the in cable to an out in the new splitter. after another complaint and not even an "I'm sorry" I switched to DTV. Does mediacom have no idea how terrible their customer service is? |
