Didn't we have another thread a few months back on a similiar "government grants" scam. As I recall, that outfit also used a bank of rent a numbers from 202 Washington DC prefixes, in order to make victims think the calls were government related. I know there are dozens of these grant scam operations around. They are one of the top 5 scams du jour right now. However, I cannot seem to locate the prior thread. Anyone know where it is.?
