Full house, full staff, no problems, fireworks were great, rooftop office worked great, just got stuck at work a bit longer than I hoped for.
The "yacht club look" (deck shoes, shorts polo shirt with foul weather gear at hand) is SOoooo more efficient and pleasant than ANY office casual. Glad I'm not working a boat though.

Slight fun today with a flat bike tire, but not a bad push home. Back-up tube had a woman's name and 774 cell number in it. Tube doesn't work and even on my worst day, I'd remember a woman giving me a phone number in a bike inner tube box. A small storm did roll through abbout 4pm, but it only lasted about 20 minutes and the rest of the evening was clear, including for the fireworks. I honestly couldn't believe the turnout for the fireworks! Last year there were about 75 people in the same location, this year it had to have been 300-400! I found my car looking like a jungle gym with people all over it.

Today and Sunday are looking gorgeous as well.

Actually, I'm quite enjoying it ;-)) My tomato plants aren't doing as well as they should but I *do* have two of the tiniest little cherry tomatoes that are about 1/8" across - my first, and nine more flowers in various stages :D I also harvested my basil and dill yesterday. My peas are growing like weeds but no pods yet.

Can someone remind me what the sun looks like? Outside my window I see rain falling -surprise surprise. 4.25 inches of rain has fallen in Worcester this month. That's a record amount and it's only the 21st. The word rain is in the forecast for all the remaining days of June.
