Modem Reboots

Just got internet service and modem is rebooting, from the log on the modem i see this:

2009-06-19 20:45:36 6-Notice M573.0 Modem Is Shutting Down and Rebooting...

They look fine to me, any idea on what it could be?

Those are very good levels.

Is is continuously rebooting? (not clear from your OP)

Try powering-off the modem for a little while (10 seconds) and restarting to see if it continues.

If so, call your ISP.
