2) Other carriers are letting slingbox work over the air? I hadn't heard that.

3) If their whining gets them listened to, why shouldn't they? (But they are a bunch of whiners).

And if you don't have one, why do you care? When I get my iPhone I'm not going to care about Treos (old phone) any more than I care about blackberrys...
