I don't think Virginia is considered part of AT&T Northeast (pretty much just Connecticut), nor even AT&T Southeast (seems to only go as far north as North Carolina). I am guessing, "AT&T Worldnet Service DSL"? Which is Covad resold. | The DSL is taking a very long time so it times out with specific link to Outlook Web Access on Exchange server 2003 for work email. This happens whether WiFi or via direct Ethernet connection to Cable / hub. It happens in Windows Vista and with MacOS X. |
