<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/171865"><b>Hayward</b></A> : Well its only a few days now so if a channel that changed freq maybe still in transition. They have dropped Analog power to avoid interferance (With a maybe med distance digital now there)  vs total shut down... and that is what you are seeing.<br><br>   Here in Miami Ch 17 has been just gone for a day or two.... Of course DISH wants to say its 17's problem. But maybe they haven't gotten the changeover done... I mean they have potentially hundreds to do and you can't do that at the flip of a switch necessarily why freq changes are involved. And that on both ends. (17 here is back now BTW after at least 24 hours of off the air I know of on sat but not cable) Being a minor/secondary still not HD PBS they were probably 3rd party uplinking, vs DIY.<br><br>    Bound to be some glitches for a week or so in some situations.<br><small>--<br>&raquo;<A HREF="http://haywardm.com" >haywardm.com</A> (Hayward's Key West)<br></small>]]></description>
