westell 7500 as a hub wont see wireless

I have a Westell 7500 and i hook up a webstar router from charter to the uplink on the Westell 7500. the Westell 7500 instructions says it will program it automatically and it did but it don't see the wireless client on the Westell 7500 side and only sees one ethernet client only also. how can i get the 7500 side to see the rest of the network....thanks
