As long as the mac is not assigned to an active account or a disconnected account with no balance then your good to go. |

I've had a few extras lying around when I hooked up my friends and family. hen I call to activate Vonage in their names, I just read off the MAC address to the CSR, and it's up and running in a few minutes.

i bought one at a thrift store, called vonage and they checked the MAC ID number and said i could use it no problem. |
