Besides, Spam costs the customer money and generates money for the ISP, whereas P2P costs the ISP money. These are prioritized accordingly. |

The people that File Share usually have a considerable amount of bandwidth themselves, despite the fact that they use BT/Usenet/Direct Download. Unless things have changed, which is possible, these guys aren't running their operations from a Starbuck's.

EDIT: It has been said, many times by many people, The only reason for faster connections is for filesharing or "stealing".
Well, I have 16mbps x 2mbps.
But, seeing as I barely hit 35GB per month combined directions... something just doesn't add up, does it?
