Everytime I noticed it being out, I didn't have time to call. Several times I did reset my modem. I was talking to someone else the other day who has insight and said they were having similar issues as well. Funny thing is I was looking back through some old emails and private messages from this board. Six months ago when it went out, Insight tried to tell me it was some spyware, when I proved them wrong on that, they wanted to send a tech out to "check my lines". I told them to forget it because they had just checked my lines a couple of weeks earlier for some jittery pictures on my HD. I guess that is really the main reason why I didn't call.
Who knows but I don't really want to rejoice to soon.
