Use it in the same way you would use other support channels, such as a telephone call to Comcast Customer Service, online chat support services, the offcial Comcast support forum, etc. Comcast is offering their support in the Comcast Direct Forum as a convenience to our members. Since you're already here, it's just a quick and convenient way for you to contact comcastcares ' support team.
There are many times when the public forum gets you the best of the best, but when you need a Comcast support rep to look at your account or use company diagnostics, that's when you would want to call or use one of the many means offered for reaching company support personnel.
