Does it work with a wired connection?
If that works, and assuming a recent Windows version, use:
ipconfig /all
at a command prompt. Look for the gateway IP address. That's the IP to use for connecting to the modem interface.
If that does not help, try the recessed reset button on the modem. Press it for 15 seconds or so to reset the modem to factory defaults. Then try the setup once again. |
