| [ PVP] Fresh Level 80 Hunter PVP Advice?
I had a serious outbreak of RL just as Wrath dropped, and am just now getting my 2nd toon too 80, my Hunter who I really enjoyed PvPing on in BC.
What's the best way to get her acceptably geared? The swiftarrow set seems easy enough to get my hands on since it's crafted, are there any other pvp-centric pieces i'm missing that are easy to get?
As for tress... I was survival for PVP before, does it still fare well? |

| Survival last I knew was better in arena, while MM is for BG's. Though this may have changed in the last patch as hunters get adjusted everytime it seems. Which is why my DK is 80 and my hunter is 72. The hunter in my guild who does a lot BG's is MM right now and he does very well in them.
To get honor very quickly, do the WG dailies and be in the battle a couple times a day and you'll be trying to figure out what to get just so you're not at the honor cap and can earn more in BG's when you need the marks for other gear.
For a decent hunter weapon the bow off Razuvius in Naxx 10 is good to start with, or the x-bow from H UK if you need a really quick upgrade. The engineer crafted guns are fine if you have some extra gold as well. |

as far as gear goes id go with a mix of pvp and pve for a hunter since a hunters goal in pvp is to kill them before they catch you...and yes survi is still the way to go...dont forget to put points in the health talent in bm as well though...not to sound arrogant but if you need any pvp advice with your hunter message me and ill let you know whats good...been a pvp whore for like 4 years |
