They also forget the 50% price increase AT&T took on iPhone data plans along with the effective price increase of not including any texting in the base plan (the old plan incl 200 txts I believe). |

Idiotic service plans that have a 12 page EULA make me think it is time for me to seriously reconsider my wants versus needs. Since all providers are moving in the wrong direction perhaps the solution is to say a Pox on all your houses. |

| CS is clueless. I asked them how I changed my actual plan vs adding on an iPhone data package. They said it didn't change. I then asked how they could renew the agreement and they said that is what happens when you get the iPhone. I asked then if I was not just adding a plan but renewing a contract then I should have not paid full price and they should have subsidized the phone or kept my original contract date....

OK, I know my "unlimited" data plan with Verizon gas a 5 GB cap, but I've never been able to come close to it with my Black Berry. And I watch youtube videos on the thing constantly.
now, that said, they start breaking out that charge by the KB shit, and you can have it back. It would be instantly pointless.
