Broadband Access ISPs with IPv6 Access?

I was browsing the user forum of DD-WRT (provider of 3rd party open-source firmware for home-routers) looking for firmware release info for upgrading my home router and came across an interesting bit of information about what Cox is doing with IPv6 in this thread:

It appears that Cox has an arrangement with Hurricane Electric to provide their users with IPv6 tunneled access in which Cox would configure the Cable Modem+Router to automatically setup the tunnel to Hurricane Electric, so the whole thing is transparent to their cable customers.

I am curious if this is available ubiquitously in all Cox's markets, and if other Broadband ISPs are also starting to provide same or similar IPv6 access capabilities.
