It's not a personal decision to cut you off. The billing system has a timer and once your account reaches a specified day it will automatically cut your service. It will even disconnect the Mayors account if he goes past due also. It does not care who you are. Your account reached a specified day without payment. Don't take it personal against Insight.
I'm the same way. I pay on time almost everytime, but once in a while something slips through the cracks. |

| Got home yesterday after work and downloaded my email but i noticed i could access the internet. I rebooted the modem and router, still a no go. I was thinking maybe a problem somewhere so i left it be since i had to go to the daughters soccer game. Got home still the same way so i called tech support and the automated message said i was past due on my acct. Its like oh shit. I paid via telephone and service was restore in an hour. Hell that was the first time i forgot to make a payment since subscribing in 2002. Why no phone call or anything? Its not like im a bad customer and lets cut this customer off cause he forgot to pay 1 time in 7 yrs. geeez |
