| Turned off service? Got home yesterday after work and downloaded my email but i noticed i could access the internet. I rebooted the modem and router, still a no go. I was thinking maybe a problem somewhere so i left it be since i had to go to the daughters soccer game. Got home still the same way so i called tech support and the automated message said i was past due on my acct. Its like oh shit. I paid via telephone and service was restore in an hour. Hell that was the first time i forgot to make a payment since subscribing in 2002. Why no phone call or anything? Its not like im a bad customer and lets cut this customer off cause he forgot to pay 1 time in 7 yrs. geeez |
