I shouldn't have to force an other DNS. I should be able to rely on the DNS server of the ISP whom I pay for service

clubs:		 Indeed, I'm not making excuses for AT&T, they are my provider as well. I'm simply stating that using OpenDNS has several other benefits including fixing the issue you yourself have personally experienced.

Just an FYI Still can't pay my electric bill online to TXU on Bryan Street, (right down the street from AT&T CO).

I really hate Time Warner but I may after 8 years of SBC DSL drop them like a rock
