Has anyone ever heard of MICom?

Has anyone ever heard of or had dealings with MICom? Or Michigan Cable Partners?

They just purchased the network here from Charter and I can't find anything about them, including contact info, or a webpage. I did finally get the service number from a neighbor to call them and they actually used the line "The dispatcher just walked by let me see when they can get the tech out to you".
