If the port is open in the router but directing to a PC on which it is closed... then the check may well say it's closed.<br>2) You have opened UDP port 500 (not TCP port 500), right?<br>3) does your router have another way of opening port 500? (there may be a separate option labelled something like IPSec pass-through, or VPN pass-through which you need to enable.)<br>3) failing those points, what is the router (make/model) and firmware revision?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Bob]]></description>
