<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/694072"><b>madhouse</b></A> : Not to be too subjective against your comments, but I worked both Residential and Business side of Insight and I have NEVER seen a 25.00 transfer fee been billed. <br><br>It was always a courtesy to transfer services over to a new address for an existing customer. <br><br>Even the Sales rep stated that Insight implemented this as of Jan 2009 so I am not sure where you have your information from.]]></description>
