Need help with new VOIP provider decision

I too am one of many looking for a new voip provider due to the Callvantage thing. Due to this I have narrowed it down to the following:

ITP
Callcentric

I wondered what the latest is on your recommendations for either of these. I primarily use this for local and long distance then calls to Europe.
