I guess Omaha is doing the free upgrade also.

doesn't say if they will automatically send it or if we need to call and request it. I thought other threads mentioned a link to order the replacement. |

What modem do you have? When I moved 2 years ago Cox suggested that I get a new modem since I was still using my SB3100 from 2000. They sent out a SB5120 and I can get great speeds with it (when the network isn't congested and my speed crawls along). |

Download Speed: 23992 kbps (2999 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 3283 kbps (410.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

| Foreal you need to just relax, if they are sending you one, you will get it when you get it, and no sooner then that. Your not gunna lose service, so quit worrying so much. If they don't have the modem setup and ready once you hook it up and all. then its a simply call CS and they will either ask you for numbers off the modem, or they will just see the modem from your address trying to connect and take what they need off it, so whenever it does get disconnected or dropped, it will reboot without problem |
