Glad so see this was stopped. Labels have no right to play with someone's interweb connection. They should go to the proper authorities, and the authorities go to the ISP, and the ISP makes a decision on what to do with the subscriber.

If the AAs have proof they need to contact proper authorities. Authorities look and said proof and then get proper subpoena/warrant .
The authorities contact isp get user info with above subpoena/warrants.
Authorities go back and get new warrants to search users home.
If evidence is found authorities take proper action.
Last time I checked the AAs are not any sort of authorized legal authority nor is the ISP. Although the AAs seem to think they are. |

| It's not strange at all. If you have no idea what the bill is about and you do not understand the theory behind it why would you blindly vote on it. For example, if you’re a finance minister in France then you are not expected to vote on nuclear weapons proliferation issues, etc |

Of course the government has to say this is a temporary setback, otherwise they might as well call for new elections if they can't get their own party to pass their agenda.
Sounds like a minister revolt. Don't be surprised if this isn't taken up again by the current parliament. |
