Connection drops

This is what I am exactly having.

[If your modem drops in and out even though all your signal levels are good, then it's most likely a loose connection somewhere or a plant (outside of your house) problem.

Please note that if your cable light never goes out but you lose connectivity, it's most likely something down at the cable company, but CAN be a bad modem, or something wrong with your computer. This is not an RF (signal) issue.]

My connection drops for like 5 seconds when I am gaming on-line. Signal levels are good. Happens both using a router via wireless, or even hard wired the modem directly to my pc or ps3. I don't know what to do. help, issue since January 2009. Last tech that came in, wiggled a coax cable while running a test on it and noticed it was spiking up a bit. He replaced it but did not check it again.
