| [help] Poor Speed I have Elite service, router indicates a connection of 6,016k but I am getting horrible speeds. Has been this way for several days. I just ran a speed test and got this result..
I have always received incredible service from this site so this is the first place I came to.

| Re: [help] Poor Speed It is wise to first check to see if anything on your end might be the issue. Any new cordless phones? New Equipment? Any updates to water meter? Another new computer in the house? Any thing else new or changes at all? New programs installed or updates added?
I presume you have tried the old but true... turn off modem and computer. Restart both and try for a fresh connection? | |

| I tried all the usual stuff, reset the router, rebooted the PC ect. there has been no new additions to the network or no new electronic equipment. Just a speed drop for all pc's on the network
