I had this problem like a couple years ago in the summer time in the heat i would lose connection. Then in the evening my connection would come back. They eventually found a bad amp in the return path. My connection is good now. Wow i didn't know they have ftth cable connections anywhere yet. That is cool. Oh sorry when i wrote my post i forgot it's probably different if it's fiber. So i don't know if that would appy to your situation or not. Either way good luck. At least now you don't have to deal with those dreaded thunderstorm outages from miles away.

I hope not anyway, only had one good thunderstorm since it was installed and (knock on wood) not one error message in the log as a result. Fiber is suppose to be far less sensitive to interference, so we shall see.
