o yea and btw companys like this will continue todo bussiness like this untill it is no longer a viable
bussiness pratice.

meaning its no longer profitable
as long as there is still profit to be made

like the first guy that made a post said he has long sense given up on gettin his bill fixed

when the fines and law suits are more cost then it is the profit

this will continue to happen
