I am in Vista on Carlsbad's TWC and have been having nothing but problems for the past two months with signal and tiling-even on one tv with no box. I just ordered Uverse the other day and they are coming next week to install.

However, it is there and it usually occurs on the weekends for some reason. I wonder if it is related to the traffic volume on the area hub?
