So after they finish wiring, how long does it take Verizon to prep for actually making the service ready for use? |

3 edits | I've been wondering, VZ is putting color "inserts" into home delivered newspapers around this area. I did see a few VZ trucks along with the contractors' bucket trucks along College Point Blvd. yesterday working on the overhead phone poles between Van Wyck service road and 33rd. Avenue up here closer to CP - rolling out thick black wires above ground. This afternoon, I noticed a few large thick & black coiled wires up on the pole but not sure if VZ left those up there.
Perhaps I will call or do a walk-over to the VZ store on Main St. by Northern Blvd. to see if they have any clues on a the time frame as I wonder if it will do any good to call the business office for an update. |
