i work for the cox cable system here in palos verdes california, i think whats going on with that house that has
2 service drops and back feeding voltage into the system...the house electrical wiring isnt grounded properly or if at all.....if they have a box or more than 1...voltage from the power outlet will pass through the box and back out into the system....and if ur on the same tap...yes you will see issues in ur house..even if ur house cable wiring is grounded properly, voltage over a certain degree will pass through the ground. |
